Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in mechanical product design and development.
• Advanced SolidWorks with manufacturing docs.
• Experience taking concepts to manufacture.
• Strong understanding of mechanical engineering and electronics integration.
• Experience with suppliers and production environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead mechanical design and development of hardware products.
• Create high-quality 3D CAD models, assemblies and drawings.
• Collaborate with electronics/firmware engineers to integrate products.
• Design for manufacturability, reliability, performance and cost.
• Lead prototype builds, testing and mechanical validation.
