Responsibilities:

• Understanding project briefs
• Design and specification of Mechanical Building Services systems
• Producing detailed calculations with industry-standard software (Hevp, IES, HAP, AutoCAD, Revit, Excel)
• Preparing technical specifications
• Collaborating with BIM team on models and drawings
• Representing the organization at meetings
• Conducting site surveys and inspections
• Writing reports and technical notes
• Maintaining project records
• Adhering to quality, environmental, and governance standards
• Managing workload and project delivery within budget and time constraints
• Supporting technical development of junior staff

Requirements:

• Degree in Building Services Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related
• Chartered Engineer or working towards CEng with CIBSE or IET
• Proficiency with mechanical digital tools (Hevp, IES, HAP, AutoCAD, Revit)
• Knowledge of building physics principles
