Senior Mechanical Engineer | Bristol (Hybrid) | Sustainable Design Focus

Are you an experienced Mechanical Engineer ready to lead impactful projects and drive low‑carbon design? Join a forward‑thinking, agile consultancy where your expertise will shape innovative building services solutions across the UK.

The Role

As a Senior Mechanical Engineer, you’ll take ownership of projects from concept through to delivery leading design, engaging with clients, ensuring high‑quality outcomes on site, as well as mentoring Junior Engineers.

What You’ll Do

• Lead mechanical design on a range of new‑build and refurbishment projects
• Work with the Mechanical Director closely
• Deliver projects in line with RIBA work stages
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, clients, and contractors
• Oversee installation, commissioning, and quality of delivery

What We’re Looking For

• Strong understanding of RIBA stages
• Confident communicator and team collaborator
• Proactive problem solver with a practical mindset
• Familiarity with Revit, AutoCAD, and BIM (desirable)
