This personable team works closely with industry leaders in MedTech and consumer products. They seek a talented and enthusiastic Mechanical Engineer to join their development team. The role involves managing projects, designing and developing prototypes, and demonstrating solutions to current and potential clients.

The ideal candidate will have relevant commercial experience and, preferably, a PhD. You should be comfortable planning and running projects with an eye on commercial requirements. You will be able to design, build, and test your ideas, whether at a laboratory workbench or using computational modelling in product design.

Requirements for this role:

• Demonstrable commercial project and team leadership skills, ideally in a consultancy context
• Proven skills in building prototypes and testing hardware
• An excellent academic record, including at least a 2:1 in Mechanical Engineering or a similar subject, backed by impressive grades at A level, and ideally a PhD
• Permanent eligibility to work in the UK, without time restrictions
