The Role

As a Senior Mechanical Designer, you will provide expertise during the design lifecycle, coordinate with stakeholders, lead a team of Designers, and ensure compliance with standards. Your responsibilities include design reviews, technical leadership, and customer liaison to support business development and project delivery.

Essential Experience

• Experience in detailed design environment; nuclear experience is not mandatory.
• Proficiency with CAD tools and general engineering drawing practices.
• Incorporated Engineer status.
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary design teams.

Qualifications

• HNC/HND or equivalent in a relevant discipline.
• Ability to achieve and maintain UK security clearance (BPSS level).
