Experience & Qualifications

• 5-10 years in a Design Manager role for a Tier 1 Main Contractor or Tier 1 MEP Sub-contractor in the UK.
• Experience delivering major healthcare projects over £100M, including design for mechanical, electrical, and public health packages.
• Experience with projects achieving a BREEAM Excellent rating.
• Degree qualified in a relevant subject.
• Professional chartership (e.g., MCIBSE, IMechE).

Additional Details

The role is based on-site 4 days a week, with flexibility for 1 day remote work. The location is within commuting/driving distance to Cambridge.
