- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design or Engineering.
- 3D CAD proficiency; AutoCAD and Inventor desirable.
- Committed to continuous professional development.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor design engineers across projects.
- Ensure safety, quality and timely delivery of designs.
- Guide technical vision and stay current with industry tech.
- Prepare production drawings, BOMs and documentation.
- Collaborate with production, procurement and client teams.
- Support bids with technical input, risk assessments and costing.
- Produce CGI visuals for client approvals.
