Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in engineering, ideally with oilfield downhole tools.
• Proven ability to manage design projects effectively and deliver on targets.
• A proactive, self‑motivated team player who thrives under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Develop designs from concept to finished product in line with industry standards.
• Support product validation through the design and development of test equipment.
• Provide accurate engineering cost estimates and manage projects to budget.
• Deliver technical support to maximise client satisfaction.
• Contribute to testing, assembly, and evaluation of new products.

Skills

CAD systems (SolidWorks or Inventor)

Strong mathematical capability (stress and load calculations)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Project management

Education

HNC or Degree in Mechanical, Product, or Electro‑Mechanical Engineering/Design
