Job summary

Safran Landing Systems is seeking a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer for our Gloucester site, a hybrid role. You will deliver complex mechanical design projects and lead technical work packages within a safety-critical aerospace environment.

You will apply strong CAD and 3D modelling skills, produce engineering drawings with GD&T, and manage design configurations. Mentoring and technical review of peers is expected as part of your responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering complex mechanical design projects within an engineering environment.
• Strong CAD, 3D modelling and engineering drawing capability with GD&T knowledge.
• Familiarity with design standards and configuration management.
• Experience coaching or technically reviewing other engineers is desirable.

• Deliver complex mechanical design projects and lead technical work packages.
