Job summary

Raven Search is seeking a Mechanical Contracts Manager responsible for delivering mechanical contracts from mobilisation through handover. You will lead directly employed operatives and subcontractors while coordinating with clients, main contractors and design teams across multiple concurrent projects.

The role requires strong programme management, commercial awareness and a proven track record in mechanical contracting within the North West market. Excellent stakeholder management is essential.

Qualifications

• Solid background in mechanical contracting, with end-to-end contract delivery.
• Experience delivering multiple projects across sectors.
• Strong client and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of mechanical contract delivery from mobilisation to handover.
• Manage directly employed mechanical operatives, site supervisors and subcontractors.
• Act as primary contact for clients, main contractors and design teams.
• Produce and manage programmes, identify risks early and coordinate solutions.
• Overseeing procurement of materials, plant and subcontract packages.
• Manage change, track variations and maintain commercial records.
• Ensure installations meet quality standards and current regulations.
• Attend progress meetings and represent the business professionally.
• Support handover and commissioning activity, including O&M documentation.
