Job summary

Premier Inc. is seeking a Manager Materials Management to provide strategic support and coordination of operations across the Materials Management group, including requisitioning, operating room supplies, supply logistics, distribution, inventory control, and staff oversight.

The role emphasizes leading Distribution/Receiving/Inventory/Warehouse teams, managing par levels and inventory processes, and driving reporting and KPI development to optimize supply chains within a hospital environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in supply chain inventory management and reporting.
• Ability to lead front-line resources and teams.
• Knowledge of inventory control and KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Lead distribution, receiving, inventory and warehouse teams and oversee staffing.
• Oversee par level management and inventory control across client sites.
• Develop KPIs and reporting to monitor inventory levels and performance.
• Coordinate supply chain policies and process improvements.
• Communicate with clinical staff to ensure materials meet standards.
