Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent is required.
• Proven experience as a Master Vehicle Technician or Diagnostic Technician.
• Extensive knowledge of electrical and mechanical vehicle systems.
• Exposure to complex diagnostics and repairs.
• Valid UK driving licence with minimal points.
• Ability to produce high-quality work under pressure.
• A team player with a mentoring mindset and supportive attitude.
• Own tools suitable for a professional workshop environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct accurate diagnostics and repairs to a high standard in a franchised dealership.
• Undertake complex vehicle servicing and electrical/mechanical repairs.
• Mentor and support junior team members with diagnostics, repairs and technical training.
• Work efficiently within a busy franchise-approved dealership environment.
• Communicate effectively with customers regarding vehicle issues and repair solutions.
• Ensure all work complies with safety standards and quality expectations.
• Maintain accurate documentation of work carried out.
• Assist with ongoing training and development activities.
