Salary up to £50,000 per annum depending on experience, with performance bonuses, overtime, 30 days leave, and extensive in-house and manufacturer training including EV/ICE tech.

Qualifications

• IMI/NVQ Level 3 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance.
• Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician at Senior or Master level within a franchise environment.
• High-level diagnostic and repair skills.
• Valid UK driving licence.
• A dedicated, motivated team player with a high standard of work.
• Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment and adhere to deadlines.
• Commitment to professional development and continuous learning in automotive technology.

Responsibilities

• Accurately and efficiently undertaking repairs and servicing of vehicles to the highest standards
• Ensuring all work complies with manufacturer, retailer, and industry guidelines
• Mentoring and providing technical support to other vehicle technicians to enhance diagnostic accuracy and repair times
• Discussing ongoing vehicle issues directly with customers when necessary
• Ensuring all work is completed safely and followed up until resolution
• Maintaining high levels of quality in a fast-paced workshop environment
• Contributing to team targets and maintaining excellent standards of customer service

We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a well-established franchise-approved car dealership based in Leominster, for the position of Master Vehicle Technician.
