Job summary

Bimplus in Birmingham seeks an experienced Master Scheduler for a hands-on, contract role. You will own the master project schedule and coordinate workstreams across design, production, fabrication, procurement, logistics and installation.

Collaborate with Project Managers and workshop teams to keep projects visible, on track and aligned with delivery deadlines. The role requires strong scheduling software skills and proactive problem solving.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Master Scheduler or similar in a project-driven environment.
• Experience coordinating design, production, fabrication, procurement, logistics and installation.
• Strong knowledge of critical path planning, milestones and resource planning.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and update master project schedules across multiple concurrent projects.
• Coordinate timelines across design, fabrication, procurement, logistics and installation.
• Establish and manage milestones, dependencies, critical paths and delivery dates.
• Monitor progress and identify delays, risks and resource constraints.
• Provide schedule updates to stakeholders and communicate changes across teams.
