Qualifications

• Foundational MarTech concepts including CRM and CDPs.
• Develop analytical and problem-solving skills for business challenges.
• Understanding of AEP, Salesforce Data Cloud, or similar platforms.

Responsibilities

• Assist in stakeholder interviews, workshops, and discovery sessions related to MarTech implementations.
• Document and analyze current-state business processes and marketing workflows for improvements.
• Develop functional specifications, use cases, and user stories translating business needs for technical teams.
• Support UAT, user training, and change management to drive platform adoption.
• Identify risks and dependencies related to MarTech deployments and contribute to mitigation planning.
