bet365 is expanding its Manchester-based Software Product Development team. As a Senior Software Product Analyst in Martech, you will translate customer and marketing needs into actionable product plans and improvements across our digital experiences. This is a full-time role with a hybrid work-from-home policy.

You will collaborate with marketing, product and engineering to define requirements, prioritise initiatives and deliver value through CRM technologies, CDPs and CEPs.

Qualifications

• Experience working in product management.
• Strong knowledge of MarTech, with a focus on CRM.
• Understanding CDPs and CEPs.
• Proven ability to launch products and deliver continuous improvements.
• Understanding of product lifecycles, methodologies and agile frameworks.

Responsabilités

• Support the marketing function by solving problems and delivering new capabilities
• Analyse market research, competitor activity and customer trends using internal and external data
• Lead the product development lifecycle from ideation through to launch
• Produce detailed requirements that give development teams a clear direction
• Prioritise the work stack, review it regularly and identify how success will be measured
• Run trials to assess the value of products and initiatives
• Build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners to align product initiatives with customer and business needs
• Lead cross-functional sessions that bring teams together around clear outcomes
• Challenge decisions, requirements and assumptions so different viewpoints are considered
• Keep key stakeholders updated on plans, progress and upcoming release
