Qualifications

• Proven experience in guiding development teams throughout projects.

• Experience with multiuser and service-based systems.

Responsibilities

• Act as a point of escalation for the team outside office hours.
• Deliver scalable and maintainable system solutions.
• Apply governance around solution design and code quality.
• Ensure solutions meet business needs.
• Take responsibility for work estimation and solution documents.
• Lead a small team in technical delivery from design to live.
• Mentor team members and distribute knowledge.
