Appnovation seeks a Principal Engineer to own the end-to-end technical coherence of an enterprise marketing technology ecosystem for life sciences clients. You will set a single technical direction across multiple platform teams, ensuring architectures, data contracts and roadmaps fit together as one system.

You will lead through clarity and credibility, shaping AI-enabled patient and healthcare professional experiences that are built, approved and proven in production.

Qualifications

• Design systems spanning organizational boundaries and across platforms.
• Define data contracts, metadata and taxonomy, data governance and security.
• Lead architecture reviews and RFCs with cross-team impact.
• Develop AI-enabled patient and HCP experiences with safe production readiness.

Responsabilités

• Define and own one clear technical approach across content creation, governance and approval; publishing, experience delivery and design systems; and measurement, tagging and reporting.
• Set shared standards for API contracts, metadata and taxonomy, data governance and security.
• Lead architecture reviews across platform teams and document decisions and rationale.
• Own the technical strategy for tracing content, experience and performance data end-to-end.
• Partner with client experience leaders to turn business goals into buildable approaches, including AI service calls.
• Lead a shared layer of AI capabilities used by delivery teams.
