Job summary

Weston Homes Plc is seeking a proactive Marketing Manager to lead day-to-day, multi-channel campaigns across residential developments and corporate initiatives. You will own portal optimization, CRM-driven lead nurturing, and high-impact events while ensuring compliance and data-driven performance.

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will manage agencies, assets, and budgets, leveraging analytics to drive sales and brand impact in the South East of England.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years in a broad Senior Marketing Executive or Marketing Manager role, ideally in property development or real estate.
• Hands-on experience with Mailchimp, Canva Pro, Capcut and Google Analytics.
• Familiarity with Rightmove/Zoopla and COINS system integration is a strong plus.
• Digital acumen in paid search, Performance Max, paid social, SEO and GEO techniques.
• Strong project management skills with ability to coordinate multiple development sites and agencies.
• Knowledge of NHQC, Consumer Code and regulatory requirements in property marketing.
• Understanding of the new homes market and development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Manage multi-channel marketing campaigns for residential developments and corporate initiatives.
• Oversee portal presence, digital ads, and organic social/video content.
• Coordinate events, sales assets, and partnerships with agencies and sponsors.
• Maintain website copy, assets, and live integrations (COINS, Calendly) for availability, pricing, and NHQC compliance.
• Track performance via Google Analytics and Mailchimp, report insights, and manage budgets.
