Job summary

Howkins & Harrison LLP, a Midlands-based property, lettings firm, is seeking a proactive Marketing Executive to support digital and traditional marketing across the business from our Rugby office. You will help manage our website, social media platforms and email campaigns, alongside supporting property promotion, events and wider business development.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a marketing or communications role.
• Strong understanding of digital and traditional marketing.
• Excellent copywriting skills and attention to detail.
• Experience managing social media platforms and scheduling tools.
• Familiarity with CMS platforms, SEO and Google Analytics.
• Experience using email marketing platforms and CRM systems.
• Ability to analyse performance data and provide actionable insights.
• Highly organised and able to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Supporting marketing activity across our residential, rural, commercial and professional services.
• Planning campaigns across digital, email, print and events.
• Managing social media, website content, email marketing, SEO and paid advertising.
• Creating content for brochures, property listings, blogs, emails and social media.
• Updating the company website, including property listings and team information.
• Proofreading materials and maintaining brand consistency.
• Coordinating design work and liaising with external suppliers.
• Monitoring campaign performance and recommending improvements.
• Responding to online reviews.
• Supporting client events, shows, seminars and networking opportunities.
• Assisting with sponsorships, partnerships and internal communications.
• Using CRM systems to support targeted campaigns.
• Monitoring competitor activity and industry trends.
