Overview

With multiple new schemes launching and thousands of homes already delivered, they’re seeking a Marketing Manager to guide strategy, oversee campaigns, and lead a small but impactful team. This is a hands-on, creative opportunity to shape the look, feel, and tone of a brand with national reach.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute integrated campaigns for live and upcoming developments
• Oversee all creative output across digital, social, press, and offline channels
• Guide and mentor a team of two Marketing Executives
• Manage agency and supplier relationships (photography, design, media buying)
• Lead community-facing communications and engagement strategies

Qualifications

• Proven track record in 360° consumer marketing roles
• Strategic mindset combined with hands-on delivery skills
• Experience managing creative teams and agency partners
• Digital fluency across platforms and tools (Adobe Suite, WordPress etc.)
• Background in property, hospitality, or consumer lifestyle sectors
