Prime Video Europe seeks a driven, talented, and experienced senior marketing manager to develop, govern, and deliver results via our in-stream House Advertising program. This role involves leading strategy and execution across AV house marketing campaigns, including ideation, experimentation, and optimization of new opportunities in house advertising. The focus is on achieving key business goals while innovating and creating efficiencies through a multi-year strategy and roadmap. This position offers significant opportunities for impact across Europe and multiple languages.

In this role, you will:

  • Invent and build customer-centric solutions to improve in-stream house marketing performance and efficiencies.
  • Drive successful operations, maintaining and enhancing manual and automated processes.
  • Apply deep expertise to experiment and create successful innovations in Europe, scalable across regions.
  • Champion automation, measurement, and scaled solutions, influencing tech roadmaps.
  • Partner with global Prime Video teams to drive innovation and best practices.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Lead strategy, design, and execution of the PV Europe House Advertising channel.
  • Ensure high standards on customer experience, campaign optimization, and policy adherence.
  • Collaborate with Prime Video and Amazon teams on campaigns for launches, live sports, and brand promotion.
  • Stay updated with industry and Amazon best practices to define and execute an innovation roadmap.

A typical day involves developing the house advertising channels, leading strategy and innovation, and measuring success through data. You will work closely with senior leaders, communicating performance and innovative solutions to influence decisions, leveraging your analytical skills and business judgment.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts, pivot tables)
  • Experience building, executing, and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
  • Experience communicating results to senior leadership
  • Experience in marketing or marketing research
  • Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and identify improvements

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Senior marketing leader who is customer obsessed, detail-oriented, and data-driven
  • Proven ability to drive business impact and measurable results at the senior level
  • Adaptable, self-motivated, and innovative in solving complex problems
  • Attention to detail and clarity in dealing with ambiguity
  • Passion for digital entertainment and the TV/Film industry
  • Understanding of performance marketing and interactive entertainment
  • Experience managing multi-territory campaigns
  • Multilingual, with fluency in one or more European languages plus English
  • Basic knowledge of SQL is a plus
