The Kinrock central team operates a hybrid policy of three (3) days minimum per week in the office, which is currently located in Piccadilly Circus, London. Base salary: £65,000-70,000. OTE: £70,000-80,000. Holidays 25 days + BHs. Generous benefits.
Who you are
- 3-8 years of high-quality, hands-on B2B Services or SaaS marketing experience
- Content: 3+ years of experience producing high-quality, precise, on-point copy & videos for email campaigns, blog posts, social media posts, sales pitch decks & other marketing use cases
- Brand: 3+ years of experience owning / nurturing brand design, narrative and awareness, through content marketing, events, press, PR and more
- Email marketing: Even if no experience with Hubspot, strong familiarity with email automations & nurturing
- ABM: 3+ years of experience supporting sales teams market to high-value prospects via bespoke content (e.g. micro-sites), paid social or other more creative means
- SEO and CRO: At least basic knowledge and ability to monitor to a basic level GA4, GSC, HotJar, SEMRush or equivalent
- Paid Social: At least a basic knowledge of LinekdIn paid ads (including on-platform lead capture)
- Website management: 3+ years experience managing websites (with help of external web designer & developer)
- Management reporting: Experience reporting marketing analytics and KPIs to management on a weekly / monthly basis
Desirable
- Hubspot marketing expertise (including automations, landing pages and lead-capture forms)
- Experience with community building/nurturing
- Experience organising brand-building events for clients or prospects
- Experience submitting applications for awards
- Experience using Webflow
What the job involves
- Key member of Kinrock's core central team, working alongside the founder/MD and the Head of Operations in London
- Responsibility for all aspects of marketing across all of Kinrock's four operating companies (with an emphasis on Zing365 and Redmill Advance)
- Strong ongoing collaboration with the sales & account management teams of our operating companies, including occasional travel to Zing365 and Redmill offices in Bristol and Edinburgh
- Content marketing: on-message copy & audiovisual content for email campaigns, blog posts, social media posts, sales pitch decks & other marketing use cases
- Marketing collateral: Own and develop the marketing collateral for all operating companies, including literature, brand guidelines, websites, business cards, email signatures, pitch decks and more
- ABM: Support the Business Heads of our operating companies target their top 20 "want to win" high-value account prospects via bespoke content, clever paid social media and other creative means (e.g. print marketing, etc.)
- Entrepreneurial mindset: Come up with creative, easily testable, cost-efficient ways to generate high-quality new leads for our operating companies
