About the team: Marketing operations is responsible for managing and optimising processes, systems, and tools across the department, driving efficiency and effectiveness. Working closely with all teams that form the marketing department, you'll be responsible for project managing all work tasks and campaign activity to help drive delivery, while maintaining brand consistency and value. Additionally, overseeing and managing marketing risks, ensuring effective controls are in place to reduce risk.

Administrative tasks will include document management, updating project management boards, and producing reports on campaign activity and budget spend.

What you will be doing:

As a Senior Marketing Executive, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the strategic aims of OSB Group and its trading brands by ensuring effective and compliant marketing practices. This role involves managing the marketing team’s risk profile, ensuring all departmental risks and checks are monitored, addressed, and successfully passed in alignment with company policies and regulatory requirements. Utilizing relevant platforms, the Senior Marketing Operations Executive will drive efficient project management and team collaboration across all marketing tasks and campaigns.

Your responsibilities will include:

1. Manage ongoing communications/project plans, working with senior internal stakeholders to ensure communications align with and contribute to business goals.
2. Work closely with the Senior Marketing Operations & Controls Manager on project delivery for all brands in the OSB group.
3. Coordinate with team members to ensure all marketing activities meet expected standards.
4. Ensure all collateral and communications comply with regulatory requirements such as TCF and internal legal and compliance standards.
5. Support the Senior Marketing Operations & Controls Manager and deputize when necessary.
6. Manage stakeholder inputs, including review and sign-off processes.
