About Our Client

Property Developer in London looking to hire a marketing executive

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage content of divisional web pages and property portal pages
• Create engaging web, paid social, and digital content, combining high-quality imagery/video assets, ensuring compliance with brand policy
• Develop CRM emails and SMS campaigns
• Coordinate with group systems and suppliers for media booking and collateral creation
• Maintain media and creative costings within the divisional marketing plan
• Analyze marketing activity performance
• Participate in weekly marketing calls with regional team
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
• Support delivery of the divisional PR plan with PR agency
• Assist with site marketing activities, including show home launches and events
• Attend site visits to support and review marketing requirements
• Upload development-specific video content to YouTube

What's on Offer
