Job summary

Kin Collective Recruitment is seeking a Senior Marketing Executive for a growing UK construction business. You’ll own campaigns and communications across customer, trade, merchant and distributor audiences, working with the Head of Marketing to blend creativity with commercial impact.

Based in Chesham with hybrid working two days a week from home, this role includes a salary of £38,000–£42,000 plus a quarterly bonus.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering campaigns across multiple channels and managing multiple projects.
• Strong writing and organizational skills with experience creating marketing collateral.
• Comfortable using CRM or email marketing platforms to engage customers.

Responsibilities

• Deliver integrated campaigns, email marketing and customer communications.
• Create brochures, case studies, presentations and sales materials.
• Support product launches, exhibitions and trade marketing activity.
• Manage the content calendar and coordinate projects with agencies and suppliers.
• Monitor campaign performance and use results to improve future activity.
