You will plan and produce photography, video and digital assets while monitoring campaign performance and applying insights to optimise reach. The position is hybrid from Hertfordshire with occasional travel for content creation.

Qualifications

• Around 2-4 years' experience in a digital marketing, content or social media role.
• Portfolio demonstrates creativity and commercial awareness.
• Experience using Canva and video editing software to produce high-quality assets.
• Strong understanding of social media performance, using insights to shape activity.

Responsibilities

• Taking ownership of the company's social media presence, creating engaging campaigns and content that build brand awareness, grow online communities and support wider commercial objectives.
• Planning, capturing and producing a mix of photography, video and digital content, showcasing products and behind-the-scenes activity in a creative way.
• Monitoring campaign performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and using insight to refine content and maximise reach.
• Creating a range of marketing assets for digital campaigns while maintaining an organised library of creative content and ensuring brand consistency.
• Keeping up to date with emerging digital trends, new platforms and AI tools, bringing fresh ideas to the team.
