We’re looking to hire a talented marketing executive to join our growing team as a Senior Marketing Executive to execute our go-to-market strategy for our leading mobile games conferences and content.

As a leading content and events business in the B2B mobile gaming space, Gamesforum has been at the centre of the industry since 2019. We’ve delivered market-leading content and crafted unique conference experiences that connect mobile gaming professionals across the globe — from San Francisco to Vietnam and everywhere in between.

We are a small, fast-growing company, currently expanding into the mobile app space and looking to undergo a full digital redesign.

Who is this role for?

This is a fast-moving role suited to someone who’s ready to take ownership and work across both strategy and execution. From the outset, you’ll be involved in shaping key marketing initiatives and influencing how we take our products and events to market.

You’ll be part of a small, focused team where ideas are welcomed, responsibilities are shared, and impact is clear. This role is for someone looking for the chance to lead campaigns, test new approaches, and contribute to a growing brand from an early stage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Head of Marketing in planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns across all events and editorial content.
  • Collaborate with the editorial team to distribute news stories across key channels, including the website and newsletters.
  • Develop and deliver engaging social media campaigns aligned with broader marketing objectives.
  • Create and implement strategies to grow and engage followers across all social media platforms.
  • Design and produce a range of marketing assets, including emails, social graphics, video content, and promotional materials for speakers and sponsors.
  • Contribute creatively to the development of reports and editorial materials.
  • Maintain and update company collateral as needed, including website content and branded materials.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (sales, customer success, production, and senior management) and external partners to ensure alignment and consistency.
  • Plan and execute paid digital campaigns, including PPC, retargeting, and paid LinkedIn ads.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights.

Skills

  • Proactive and takes full ownership of projects, with a strong drive for results.
  • Experience with CMS and CRM platforms (HubSpot experience is a plus).
  • Proficient in design tools such as Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • A degree in Marketing or a related field is advantageous.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with proven experience in copywriting.
  • Confident using social media platforms, including LinkedIn, X (Twitter), YouTube, and Instagram.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong eye for design and attention to detail.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in campaign reporting and performance analysis.

This will be a hybrid role with an expectation of 3 days in the office.
