Bring London to Life - Marketing Executive Wanted for Vibrant Property Projects

About the Company:

My client is a leading residential and mixed-use property developer, delivering high-quality, design-led communities across Greater London. They have a strong track record in delivering homes across all tenures—from luxury to affordable housing—and are committed to sustainability, placemaking, and exceptional customer service.

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Marketing Executive to join their busy team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. In this hands-on role, you'll help deliver multi-channel marketing campaigns for new and active residential developments across London.

You will be based full-time, with three days in the Uxbridge office and two days on-site or at their Central London marketing agency. Remote working is not offered. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced, office-based environment. A full UK driving licence and access to a car are required.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Support the delivery of digital and traditional marketing campaigns across multiple developments
2. Coordinate with agencies and internal teams to produce marketing materials
3. Assist in creating brochures, CGIs, videos, and other collateral
4. Help plan and deliver marketing events both on and off-site
5. Provide regular input and updates at site sales meetings
6. Manage signage, hoarding, and on-site marketing installations
7. Ensure websites and property listings are accurate and regularly updated
8. Liaise with the digital marketing executive on web content and email campaigns
9. Monitor campaign effectiveness and report on performance
10. Work collaboratively with sales, creative, and media teams

About You:

1. 3 to 4 years of relevant experience, ideally in residential property marketing
2. Strong knowledge of both digital and traditional marketing methods
3. Experience producing CGIs and marketing collateral such as brochures
4. Confident communicator with excellent organisation and multitasking skills
5. Able to work independently in a busy, deadline-driven environment
6. Skilled in briefing and managing agencies and suppliers
7. Fully proficient in Microsoft Office
8. Full UK driving licence and access to a car is essential
