About the Role

We’re seeking a Senior Marketing Designer with a strong commercial mindset and an eye for high-impact, professional design. You will collaborate with our Growth Marketing team to create sales and event collateral that communicates our value and supports growth.

You will design marketing materials such as pitch decks, brochures, event visuals, and digital assets. Reporting to the Head of Product Design, you will work closely with the Growth Marketing and Sales Ops teams, especially the Director of Growth Marketing.

Responsibilities

• Design and own sales enablement materials including pitch decks, brochures, case studies, and one-pagers.
• Create branded collateral for events and conferences, ensuring consistency across digital and physical formats.
• Develop visually engaging sales materials aligned with brand guidelines, enabling the sales team to self-serve.
• Support marketing campaigns and content rollout.
• Maintain consistency of design and brand application across all materials.
• Contribute to shared design systems and templates.
• Occasionally support motion design, such as simple animations or social videos.

Essential Skills

• 5+ years of experience in marketing, sales, or communications design.
• Strong commercial mindset and ability to align visuals with business goals.
• Portfolio showcasing polished, business-oriented design work.
• Proficiency in Figma, Illustrator, and Google Slides/Keynote.
• Ability to work within brand guidelines and adapt designs across formats.
• Attention to detail and love for clean, structured design.
• Bonus: Experience with Webflow, FinTech, After Effects, or motion tools.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hybrid environment with multiple stakeholders.
