Responsibilities

• Manage the development of innovative paid and low/no cost communications strategies based on data, evidence and audience insight.
• Translate business objectives into actionable marketing plans and drive clarity from ambiguity.
• Develop understanding of audiences and how to deliver behaviour change; champion the voice of the customer.
• Deliver end-to-end multi-channel paid media campaigns with sizeable budgets and low/no cost activity.
• Manage relationships with external agencies, media planning and buying to ensure value for the taxpayer.
• Oversee messaging and creative content across campaigns with in-house and agency teams.
• Prioritise campaign evaluation and continuous delivery improvements.
• Lead and coach the team to shape culture and develop colleagues.
