TikTok is seeking an experienced Analyst, Performance & Insights within Global Business Marketing (GBM) Strategy & Operations. You will own the measurement backbone, linking global and regional teams with Business Analytics to track impact against P0 priorities like New Client Acquisition and Marketing ROI.

You'll build governance, dashboards, and insights that inform executive decision-making and business planning, partnering across MarTech, MSO, and regional teams to ensure consistent

Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience in advanced analytics, BI, or performance insights.
• Ability to translate data into executive-level narratives and influence leadership.
• Strong understanding of marketing ecosystems and data flows across marketing, sales, and commercial operations.

Responsabilidades

• Own and operationalise GBM's measurement governance framework across global hubs and regional spokes.
• Design, govern, and improve performance dashboards and reporting infrastructure used by S&O teams.
• Set data governance standards and ensure data integrity across reporting sources.
