Job summary

Unsworth Sugden Group in the South West of England is seeking an Account Director who can drive client growth and lead strategic marketing initiatives. You will manage day-to-day relationships, work with creative and digital teams, and deliver results for property-focused clients across the UK.

Ideal candidates will have 3–5 years in a similar role, with a proven track record in growing accounts, developing marketing strategies, and delivering effective campaigns.

Qualifications

• Three to five years' experience in a similar role.
• Proven ability to grow accounts and build client relationships.
• Track record in development and implementation of marketing strategies.
• Excellent project management and organisational skills.
• Confident, highly motivated team player able to keep everyone happy.

Responsibilities

• Direct and develop marketing strategies to promote clients' brands and generate leads.
• Lead and mentor Account Managers and Account Executives.
• Collaborate with design studio to produce effective creative solutions.
• Work with web developers and SEO/PPC teams on digital strategy.
• Coordinate with external suppliers to negotiate and procure services and media.
• Organise and lead regular client meetings.
• Monitor marketing performance and propose improvements.
