Job summary

Unsworth Sugden Group in the South West of England is seeking an Account Director to lead a portfolio of property sector clients. You will be strategic and hands-on, overseeing day-to-day client relationships and coordinating with design and digital teams to deliver integrated marketing solutions.

Based from the South West, the role involves remote work with travel to client meetings and our Leicester office as needed, developing campaigns, growing accounts, and driving results for flagship

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in a similar role
• Proven ability to grow accounts and relationships
• Proven track record in developing and implementing marketing strategies
• Excellent project management and organisational skills
• Confident, highly motivated team player who can manage multiple stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of housebuilder/advertising clients with strategic direction
• Manage Account Managers and Account Executives on your portfolio
• Collaborate with design studio to deliver creative solutions
• Coordinate with web developers and SEO/PPC teams on digital strategy
• Liaise with external suppliers to negotiate and purchase services and media
• Organise and lead regular client meetings
• Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights
