Qualifications

• Chartered Engineer status is required.
• Established technical leader who blends maritime engineering with programme management.
• Track record leading multidisciplinary, multi-office technical teams.
• Experience delivering projects from FEED and design through procurement and construction.
• Ability to foster collaborative partnerships with stakeholders.
• Commercial acumen including contract and change management.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and engineering expertise throughout the project lifecycle.
• Be recognised as a subject matter expert for complex maritime solutions.
• Manage multidisciplinary project teams to deliver safe, high-quality solutions on time and within budget.
• Work with project delivery teams to add value and strengthen our market position.
• Oversee programme performance, planning, design integration and construction interfaces.
• Ensure governance of change control and risk management.
• Plan, prioritise and coordinate workloads and resources for delivery.
• Provide technical and professional leadership, mentoring and career development.
• Champion safety integration into design and engineering activities.
