Allen & York are recruiting an Environmental Consultant - EIA - Marine Mammals for our offshore wind and marine energy projects. You will lead marine mammal assessments within EIAs and HRAs and provide technical leadership.

The role offers collaboration across disciplines, mentoring junior specialists, and engagement with regulators and clients to deliver high standards of environmental consenting.

Competenze

• Experience as an environmental consultant in offshore wind, tidal, or marine energy consenting or equivalent experience.
• Strong track record in authoring EIA and HRA marine mammal assessments for offshore projects, as well as protected species licensing.
• Solid understanding of survey and monitoring techniques.
• Confident communicator with excellent analytical and writing skills.

Mansioni

• Lead and quality assure Marine Mammal chapters for EIAs and HRAs.
• Provide technical leadership across marine mammal impact assessment, underwater noise, survey methods, and mitigation design.
• Support project delivery on offshore consenting work, including wind, tidal, carbon capture and subsea infrastructure projects.
• Project manage scopes and liaise with clients and stakeholders.
• Support maintaining best practice standards, client relationships, and industry leadership.
