• Experience in marine environmental assessment.
• Ability to manage project workstreams with increasing autonomy.
• Develop specialist technical expertise in marine environments.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and contribute to marine environmental assessments for offshore wind, subsea cables, and decommissioning.
• Analyse environmental data including sediment properties, macrobenthic communities, seabed imagery, and water quality datasets.
• Produce clear, technically robust reports and ensure compliance with relevant legislation, guidance and industry standards.
• Undertake quality assurance reviews of technical outputs prior to submission.
• Mentor graduate consultants and early-career staff with technical guidance.
• Assist with development of internal guidance documents, methodologies and best-practice procedures.
• Manage small to medium-sized projects and technical work packages from inception to completion.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to client expectations.
• Support preparation of project proposals and tenders; build relationships with clients and regulators.
• Identify opportunities for repeat business and cross-selling of services; contribute to new service offerings.
