Job summary

MBDA is seeking a Senior Test Engineer to join the Manufacturing team, focusing on testing and diagnostics of electrical/electronic sub-systems and circuit cards early in the product lifecycle. You will provide technical support to the manufacturing test capability to meet time, cost and quality targets.

The role covers design through Production Readiness Review, test facility setup, configuration control, fault diagnosis, and close collaboration with Operations and design teams to overcome

Qualifications

• Minimum Level 4 engineering qualification or higher.
• Modules in Electronic Principles (digital or analogue) or Electrical Principles.
• Multiple years of experience in manufacturing or related industry.

Responsibilities

• Provide Test Engineering support from concept through Production Readiness Review.
• Assist Test Facility setup and ensure configuration control of equipment and facilities.
• Test electrical/electronic sub-assemblies and cards with fault diagnosis to component level.
• Collaborate with Operations and design teams to overcome technical challenges.
• Deliver Test Engineering governance and pursue continuous improvement.
