Qualifications

• Proven experience in manufacturing engineering roles at senior level.
• Hands-on mechanical engineering background preferred.
• Experience with continuous improvement, Lean and Six Sigma.
• Ability to manage projects end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver manufacturing engineering improvement projects across the site.
• Identify opportunities to improve production efficiency, OEE, quality and manufacturing performance.
• Provide hands-on technical engineering support to production teams, resolving complex manufacturing and process issues.
• Drive Continuous Improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma and structured problem-solving methodologies.
• Support equipment upgrades, process optimisation and capital investment projects.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement sustainable engineering solutions to recurring production challenges.
• Work collaboratively with Operations, Quality and Maintenance teams to improve manufacturing processes and reliability.
• Develop and improve manufacturing procedures, processes and engineering documentation.
