Premier Foods is seeking a Continuous Improvement Manager at Lifton, Devon. The role leads the site CI strategy, develops road maps, and drives improvements across operations to meet customer demand.

The position offers a salary around £70,000 with additional car allowance, bonus, and private medical insurance, on a permanent 37.5-hour week. You will facilitate Lean workshops, build strong relationships with operations teams, and own CI change initiatives end-to-end, ensuring cost-saving targets

Qualifications

• Six Sigma qualification required.
• Lean experience required.
• Ability to lead cross-functional CI initiatives.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement Continuous Improvement Road Map aligned with site plans.
• Improve processes and workflows for reliable performance and outputs.
• Lead Lean workshops to drive ideas and executable plans.
• Influence site teams to deliver CI initiatives.
• Own changes from identification to project delivery with governance.
• Set agenda and manage Continuous Improvement across the site.
