Qualifications

• Senior or Managing Quantity Surveyor experience is required.
• Strong knowledge of NEC, JCT and other construction contracts.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Background in construction, infrastructure, engineering or related sectors.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and develop a team of Quantity Surveyors and commercial professionals.
• Oversee commercial governance, reporting and contractual compliance.
• Manage commercial risk, variations, extensions of time and compensation events.
• Drive margin improvement, cash flow performance and debt management.
• Support business growth through effective commercial leadership and continuous improvement initiatives.
