Job summary

Sky is seeking an experienced senior professional to lead critical workforce compliance, employment tax and payroll activity across major integration programmes. You will drive data‑driven reviews of contractor and contingent workforce arrangements and help ensure that new businesses can be integrated into Sky in a compliant and sustainable way.

You will partner with Legal, Finance, People, Payroll, Procurement and external advisers to manage dependencies, decisions and risk.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in workforce compliance, employment tax, payroll compliance, internal audit, risk and controls
• Experience in large in-house, professional services or consultancy environments
• Strong data analysis and reconciliation capabilities across HR, finance and procurement data
• Ability to design risk-based sampling, evidence gathering and remediation activities

Responsibilities

• Lead M&A integration, due diligence and governance to manage payroll and employment tax
• Oversee data population, reconciliation and audit trails across worker categories
• Coordinate engagement reviews for off-payroll workers and related compliance
• Strengthen governance, controls and processes for payroll risks and HMRC requirements
• Support internal and external audits and regulatory enquiries
