Job summary

Sky UK Limited is seeking an experienced senior professional to lead workforce compliance, employment tax and payroll activity across major integration programmes. You will coordinate data-driven reviews of contractor and contingent worker arrangements and partner with Legal, Finance, People and external advisers to manage risk and governance.

The role is hybrid with an office-based base at Osterley/Livingston, requiring strong technical judgement and the ability to deliver at pace across

Qualifications

• Significant experience in workforce compliance, employment tax, payroll compliance or related fields.
• Experience in large in-house functions, professional services or consultancies is preferred.
• Strong understanding of contingent workforce and engagement models with tax/payroll knowledge.
• Proven ability to lead complex, data-driven reviews and governance initiatives.
• Excellent data analysis and cross-functional reconciliation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead employment tax, payroll and workforce compliance workstreams for integrations and corporate change.
• Assess due diligence risks and translate findings into remediation and assurance plans.
• Develop scalable approaches for integrating acquired businesses into governance frameworks.
• Partner with Legal, Finance, People, Payroll, Procurement and advisers to manage dependencies and risk.
• Provide evidence-based recommendations to programme leaders and governance forums.
