The Senior Manager – Treasury Operations will lead the Treasury Operations team, partnering with stakeholders in Nationwide’s Treasury function to ensure smooth Treasury settlements, collateral management, derivatives, and reconciliation processes. You will develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers and agent banks, oversee controls and regulatory compliance, and play a key role in system changes and process improvements.
This 12-month fixed-term contract is part of the Financial Reporting & Tax (FR&T) function within Finance, working closely with Treasury. You will engage with Treasury leadership and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
