Description
As the Senior Manager – Treasury Operations, you will lead the Treasury Operations team and partner with stakeholders in Nationwide’s Treasury function to ensure smooth Treasury settlements, collateral management, derivatives, and reconciliation processes. You will also develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and agent banks for Treasury Operations.
You will oversee the control environment within Treasury Operations, ensuring effective controls and regulatory compliance, and contribute to second and third line processes. You will be the first point of escalation for the team, responsible for incident management, and play a lead role in delivering system changes and process improvements in partnership with the wider Treasury team.
This 12-month Fixed Term Contract role is part of the Financial Reporting & Tax (FR&T) function within Finance, working alongside Treasury. You will engage with Treasury leadership and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.

We support hybrid working, combining office presence with home working. For this role, you will spend at least two days per week at our Swindon office or 40% of your working time if part-time.
