The work involves:

• Leading global transfer pricing compliance projects, preparing local files, master files, and TP returns across multiple jurisdictions, managing diverse clients in size and industry.
• Developing and maintaining client relationships for global transfer pricing compliance projects.
• Project management, liaising with our global KPMG network.
• Leading day-to-day delivery, ensuring deadlines are met and submissions are correct.
• Conducting functional interviews with clients to understand activities and value drivers for transfer pricing analyses.
• Determining key industry features influencing transaction pricing and preparing analyses.
• Reviewing benchmarking analyses (TNMM and CUP).
• Reviewing and documenting transfer pricing policies.
• Implementing and reviewing KPMG’s transfer pricing technology.
• Supporting clients with tax authority enquiries.
• Coordinating with various teams across jurisdictions on compliance topics.
• Coaching and developing junior team members.
• Contributing to leadership discussions and process improvements.
• Leading or supporting business development, including scoping, proposals, and client pitches.

The Person

We seek candidates with:

• Qualifications: CTA, CA, ACA, ACCA, or a degree in economics, finance, law, accounting, or similar.
• At least 7 years of transfer pricing experience, including documentation, analyses, supporting tax authority enquiries, project management, and team management.
