EY UKI Assurance - Transaction Forensics - Senior Manager role based in London (Greater London) leads M&A price adjustment work and SPA analysis for large clients and private equity. You will guide deal teams, liaising with bankers and lawyers, reviewing financial aspects and post-deal considerations, while coaching junior staff.

The role requires fully qualified chartered accounting credentials, strong M&A experience, and a track record of delivering complex reports with commercial insight.

Qualifications

• Fully qualified chartered accountant or international equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of Transaction Forensics engagements and manage timelines and budgets.
• Conduct client calls to explain outputs and liaise with advisors and EY colleagues.
• Ensure Quality and Risk Management compliance across client work.
