Job summary

EY UK is seeking a Senior Manager for the Transaction Forensics – Sale and Purchase Agreements team in London. You will lead SPA-related pricing analysis, assist clients through negotiations, and coordinate with deal teams, bankers and lawyers across the transaction life cycle.

The role requires ACA/ACCA/CA/ICAS/ICAEW or international equivalents, with significant M&A transaction experience and strong analytical, negotiation and leadership capabilities. Travel to client sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Significant experience of M&A transactions in a senior managerial or equivalent capacity.
• Expertise in financial information analysis, including modelling, testing and documenting scenarios.
• Strong negotiation capabilities and commercial acumen.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver Transaction Forensics engagements, steering projects per timeline and budget.
• Lead client calls and liaise with advisors and EY colleagues.
• Own Quality and Risk Management to ensure compliant, high-quality work.
• Advise on negotiations and deliver detailed outputs for clients.
• Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support career development.
