Job summary

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in Operational Resilience or Third Party Risk within a large regulated financial institution.
• Experience developing and executing global strategies across dispersed businesses and functions.
• Knowledge of risk management frameworks, regulatory requirements, and resilience disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute HSBC’s global Third Party Resilience strategy.
• Shape governance, priorities and investment to deliver resilience outcomes.
• Oversee enhancement of resilience capabilities and control maturity.
• Direct enterprise resilience transformation programmes and embed BAU operations.
• Establish Group-wide resilience standards and testing methodologies.
