The role

About youCandidates must be proactive, resilient, and technically capable, with excellent interpersonal and organizational skills. They should be innovative with vision, creativity, and flair. They should possess the confidence and professionalism to establish credibility at all levels, be commercially minded, and have a clear perception of client requirements. The position will require a high level of teamwork and commitment, with the ability to manage deadlines and run multiple projects concurrently.
Candidates will require recent practical experience of managing a personal tax portfolio and providing tax advice to a diverse client base, with a detailed and up-to-date working knowledge of personal tax issues. While technical skills are crucial, this role also demands a team-oriented and flexible personality, along with experience in organizing tax work delivery, problem-solving, and using initiative.
Candidates must be professionally qualified (CTA, ATT, ACA/ACCA, STEP, or equivalent) with relevant experience.
The teamThe Tax Services Group (TSG) comprises nearly 60 employees across four UK offices (Bristol, Bournemouth, High Wycombe, and Peterborough). The team provides high-quality compliance and advisory services to high net worth private clients, including those with UK and offshore interests, property owners, business owners, partnerships, and trusts.
